It's not much ... but I'll take it..

2 pounds! Gone. Bye bye. Seeya!

I think I've passed the eating at night hurdle. Yes it's only 2 days but I've NEVER, not even when I was super thin, been able to resist a snack at night. So I'm hopeful!

First run today. It "should" be sort of easy. 1 mile, can do a walk/run or more walk then run. I'm going to try for 2 and 1's. We will see.
