Good luck! I'm on my own quest right now via the Cinch book by Cynthia Sass and am shocked by how NOT hungry I am right now. It's hard though, isn't it? Fingers crossed for you - and enjoy the running :)
Good luck Michelle. Yeah the first day always sucks. I'm fine now and really never even use all the points allotted. So that's a good thing.
